Britain's Got TalentMuch like The X Factor, Britain's Got Talent is one of those shows where many runners cut their teeth, and often go back to time and time again. I was no exception! Although it was one of my earlier gigs, it hasn't stopped me from popping back every now and then.
The big music shows film all over the country, and can often be very flexible! Popping in for dates here and there, if/when you're near to a city they're filming in. I've worked with them in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and many more, simply because I've been nearby! At producer auditions, the very first round, the roles are often split into a number of categories. Working in the holding room, where thousands of contestant await to be seen, working outside audition rooms, psyching up contestants and making sure they're bubbly and ready, or working in the audition room. While being outside the room, and prepping contestants is often what I'm best at, I can't deny working in the audition room is a hoot! The producer stage means myself and my producer are the very first people to have seen the contestant, and if they're amazing, great! And if they're not, it's a bit of fun and they don't progress. I've also worked extensively on each stage of the show, from producer auditions, to judges auditions, reveal dates and live filming! It's always a great team to be a part of! |
